Somebody must design one first. Here they use only 321 SS but everything is 0.049 wall. The bends are very expensive. Even they are paying $30-40 for ech bend. The company just bought a new mandrel bender, but is not ready yet. For my next exhaust I have to buy my bends from Burns, unless there is a better place?

Here are some sources of 304 stainless  bends, I have used a set of 304 headers for over 325 hrs but they are thick walled like 0.10" thick.
