Tracey had recommended them several years ago when I was looking so I assume his system must also be .049 321SS. http://www.dawley.net/index.html They have a good selection and were good to deal with. Only complaint was that I asked if they had any sensor bungs and they said they would send something. Well the "something" they sent was 2 Swagelok tube nuts and charged me $10 each for them. Not only are these no good whatsoever for EGT sensors, I also happen to have a drawer here at work with a few hundred of them. I called them about this and they apologized profusely and reimbursed my card. I'm having a heck of a time finding 321 Stainless mandrel bends in anything
larger than .049 wall. I'm trying to get 4 - 4" Center Line Radius, 90deg
bends in at least .065" wall. I've tried calling 4 places and researching a
hundred others online and my last hope appears to be Woolf Aircraft Products
(http://www.woolfaircraft.com/ ).

Is .049" wall beefy enough? If I recall, it seems that most people are using
material that is larger.  RacingBeat/MazdaTrix sell .125" wall but only in
"mild steel" not stainless.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
