I looked on the website, and it seems I was supposed to get one. Hmm, knowing myself as well as I do, it is possible I have misplaced it, but I would kinda be surprised, as it was all in the box it was shipped in, and had only come out to inspect it when it arrived (quite some time ago). I will contact Tracy or Laura to see about purchasing another one. Thanks again for the responses.
