Yes, it is annoying…the mail server is the one that is marking it. There is apparently an automated weighting criteria and some people’s posts hit the “Spam” weighting limit…not exactly sure why.

 

Here is the info in the SMTP header from the mail server:

 

X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=7.2 tagged_above=0.0 required=6.0 tests=AWL,

 BAYES_00, HTML_MESSAGE, MSGID_DOLLARS, RATWARE_MS_HASH,

Joe,

   Any idea why your mailer is marking Ed's message as "***spam***"?
The original from Ed wasn't like that - only your reply to it.  Leaving
it the subject field is causing it to be flagged at my end, and I have to
rescue it from the "junk" folder.
