Inconel is commonly used in turbocharged certified aircraft, like the C421 and many others, C210, you name it. It has different failure characteristics, gets pinholes in it over time, etc. Many replacements are for SS turbo piping is made of Inconel. Take a look at Cessna turbo AD notes.
