You could have 30 quarts of oil and have the pickup too short and it can start sucking air. Plus, have you used another pressure guage to make sure your pressures are correct? The problem they're talking about is the pick up tube being too short a= nd too close to the top of the oil level. You could have 30 quarts of oil an= d have the pickup too short and it can start sucking air. Plus, have you use= d another pressure guage to make sure your pressures are correct?
