Thanks Tracy. I just wasn't sure. I can always spin the old starter (I bought a spare one from your 20B just in case:). The timing on the EC2 was to the maximum, because I was trying to zero it before removal. Obviously I did not do it right. Thanks for resetting it.
Connected everything today and it looks OK. The NOP is flashing n'omo. Waiting for a double alternator V-belt pulley from Racing beat. Thinking very hard of going NA for the summer. Found a very fast way to switch between NA and TA.

Hi Buly,
It was the EM2 that was blown up so made no changes to the EC2 in order to save whatever setup work you had. I did notice that your EC2 was set to maximum advance in Mode 8 (9.375 deg advanced from nominal). I think I set it to the default setting while testing everything. I would recommend adjusting your crank sensor to the desired advance with Mode 8 at default so that you have room to adjust it either way when tuning. If you want to set it just the way you had it before, 5 presses of the store switch with program knob at 3:00 in Mode 8 will get it back where you had it.

Subject: [FlyRotary] Spark plug test
Hi Tracy, I received the repaired EC/EM2. Thanks. I don't know if you
upgraded them with the new spark plug test mode and I have no idea
how's used?
BTW I came across bunch of large yellow bubble wrap padded envelopes
and bubble wrap packing material. Can you use them? hate throw them
out and will send them in a box NC.
