I sent out an e-mail that date (25 Jan 03) but can't find my copy - gave = detailed instructions for sequence of removal of LOTS of stuff to get = the plastic housing off - had to remove the chrome strip running along = bottom windshield and other stuff like that. Take a good set of small = sockets of English & metric sizes with a ratchet and some extensions. Someone else's recent e-mail mentioned A/C oil in the core makes welding = on new fittings a hard job. Its just oil - run solvent through and blow = it out until clean - small job at a mechanic's shop with solvent = cleaning machine and air.
