The new motor ran perfectly, no oil leaks, two minor water seeps. Took 9 hours to R&R motor and 1 hour to tune up and test. It was the rear (in car) rotor that was bad, one missing apex seal and damage to rotor visible through lower spark plug hole. I have to attend to my day job now, I will disassemble the old motor tonight and hopefully have something more to share then.
