Anyone remember who made the oil coolers that caused the inflight fires on the 20b pusher?

They were supplied by Griffin but were made by an outside vendor for some stock application.  My opinion is that the failures were larger a problem with the installation.  Because of pressure drops in the loop, the cooler was seeing max pump output pressure, and unsupported line to the cooler could have caused fatigue failure due to vibration.

I have a custom cooler made by Griffin that is very robust and well built.  I also have a custom radiator from Griffin; also appears to be top quality.  Neither of these has flown yet.
