Thanks for all the words of congratulations.  The first flight is a milestone, but I think it just marks the beginning of the real work :-)  I'm a long way from out of the woods on cooling, particularly with oil, but at least it's clear that I have plenty of radiator for water cooling.  The real trick will be to get the air flowing efficiently through it, rather than the current brute force (drag) method that I'm using now.

Fred- Is this officially the first Conversion Concepts mount to fly?

Charlie- Thanks for the invite, but there's no way I'll be able to make the October fly-in.  In fact, I probably won't go to any fly-in until I get the cowl redesigned.  Besides my embarrassment over it's appearance, it would do a disservice to the rotary community.   The casual observer would go away with the impression that you needed a big ugly cowl, which is clearly not the case.  Nope, the big ugly cowl stays home.

David-  I'll post a couple pics, and sizes of the radiator if I remember.  You're in charge of reminding me again in a few days if I haven't done it :-)

Cheers,
Rusty
