I must have run it 20 times with a couple hours= =20 total run time before I finally melted the coolant o-rings. The other times= =20 I turned it off shortly after the coolant started to spew out. temps never= =20 rose because the coolant was not circulating. Those irons were all toast - because of the rust. Otherwise they were fine= .=20 There is some mild scorching on the rotor housings, but it comes off with= =20 some elbow grease. rotors are also scorched but not blued.
