Rusty,
In response:-
The 38mm is for dirt racing not track, he suggested this was the best all round size, but has a hesitation at around 4,000 to 4,500,
which he is yet to identify the cause.

What RPM are they running during the races?

Top of 8,000 to 9,000 - which coincides with Jerry figures.

I hoping for 115 to 125hp at 7,500 rpm, I think that's achievable!

Isn't it also achievable with the stock Renesis housing?  Why make this harder than it needs to be?

Is it achievable in a single rotor ?- well your telling the story!
However I will take what I can get, if it's more.

You tend to forget some very important points Rusty, please remember I'm working on aluminium end/side housings ( without ports) - so too is Richard Sohn. It is much easier and cheaper to do it that way. So naturally we need a port somewhere.

I following your advice ' why make it harder than it needs to be".
