The shaft will sieze VERY fast if there isn't oil pressure. Now wait a minute. Didn't we just establish that the bearing "seals" will not hold even the slightest pressure, which means we can NOT pressurize them. Sounds like we need oil flow, not pressure. Now wait a=20 minute.  Didn't we just establish that the bearing "seals" = will not=20 hold even the slightest pressure, which means we can NOT=20 pressurize them.  Sounds like we need oil flow, not=20 pressure.
