That's a lot of reassurance for $218 that follows all the laws of
physics I know.  I would have switched it out already, I'm just not
positive about which gearset I have exactly.  Does anyone know for
certain the teeth count on the different gearsets?

Hi Ernest, I have a C6 gearset right here in front of me. It has: ring gear teeth 78 and sun gear teeth 42. So, 1 +78/42 = 2.857

This is the 2.85 ratio front planetary set from the E4D or E4DO trans. At one time I did have a set from a C4 and it was 3.2. Hope this helps, Dave McC
