It is not quite as 'far out there' as I first thought and the designer has put some real thought into it but I think the performance specs are (very) optomistic. There are also some other unrealistic numbers. 60% of 450 HP is 270 HP and 10 gph is not going to make that much power. Do the math and it is more like 100 - 120 hp. Will it work? I'm not really qualified to say.
