Do you have an Air/Fuel Mixture = sensor=20 monitor?  Even though the simple LED ones are not what I would call = accurate, they are really very helpful (I don't like to fly without one = now) as=20 they do provide a relative indication of what is happening to your = air/fuel=20 mixture.

Back when I bought the EC-2, I also = got the AF gauge=20 and sender that was offered.  When the EM-2 arrives, I won't need = the gauge=20 anymore, but for now, it's velcroed to the side panel as a = temporary=20 measure.  It seems to work better than I expected, though = I'm=20 spoiled by the wideband FJO AF meter that I have installed in my=20 RX-7.   At the moment, I have no EGT, but I'll add a probe = when the=20 EM-2 arrives.

Also a note on the tiny tach installation- I = went ahead=20 and wrapped the full length of the sensor wire around the coil wire when = I=20 installed it.  That came to about 7 turns, rather than the 3-4 that = they=20 recommend.  In other words, I haven't tried it=20 as recommended.

Rusty (hoping the scales aren't wrong the = other=20 way)
