Why not have a rotormotor every year and let EAA do its own thing.   I live close to Oshkosh and would rather drive 13+ hours to go to Memphis and attend rotormotor.  Like everyone else I walked all over and couldn't find the really important stuff I wanted to see. I would of gone to Oshkosh on a weekend to see Tom's 20bt install!!!

I'm not trying to put Herb on a hotseat. It could be a moving type of fly in where it could be at the east coast one year and west coast the next. The next year could be somewhere in-between.

Another idea would be to have a fly in at Wautoma ( Y50)  which is about 40 miles away from Oshkosh.  They have the facilities necessary and we could have it there for x amount of days before/after/during Oshkosh.  I could set it up.
