After last year's conflict, Dick Simpson, who is a close friend, fellow chapter member, and also (back when he was able to do so) restoration worker at our museum, has worked a long time and has put serious effort into writing the judging critera for the new "Alternative-Powered" class which will be available this year. I think all who decide to show up at SERFI with a rotary will find themselves quite welcome and very pleased with the results of his work. Mike C.
