I sent an e-mail to Cy Galley, Tech Counselor for
EAA Oshkosh. He is the fellow that is charge of the aircraft maintence
tent at EAA Oshkosh. I ask him for some input on our current situation and
advice and ideas that we might pursue to achieve the goal of setting up a
workable solution for accident prevention and accident investigation. Cy
follows many groups and has input on the Tailwind e-mail sites from time to
