Needless to say there area as many ways to approach this challenge as there are creative minds on this list.

Such a system would be easy to build based on Bob's Wiki. (Which reminds me that I've got to get on the ball and add a bunch of stuff that I've been archiving, before my computer crashes again and I lose it all).
