   There's an idea there.  I wonder if we could pool some
money together to pay the storage fee until we could get
some folks like Ed, Lynn, or Tracy, and a canard guru
like Marc Zeitlin to have a look at it.  I can't imagine
Carol not allowing that; other than instruments and the
engine, there probably isn't much salvage value in the
aircraft, so it won't be any financial burden to delay
disposing of wreckage.  We probably ought to move fast,
though, as the NTSB may not spend much time on it, and
we'd want to be lined up right behind them.

   Rusty, is there someone living close to Carol than you,
who could make the inquiries?

   I'll pledge $100 toward the costs of preserving the
evidence (I hope PL doesn't alter any of it.)
