   Mine does not, but there is a pair of holes - above and
below the throttle plate - I think they were intended to
be connected via an idle bleed motor. 

 
Thanks Dale.  Sounds like it's possible, but I just have to decide which way to proceed first. 
 
I had another wacky idea as well, or I should say TWM did some time ago.  They suggested that I could install a balance tube between the two main runners, so rotor one and two would be connected.  That would give each rotor access to both TB barrels.  I'm thinking this might be worth trying, because I could always seal it back up if it didn't work out.
