Rusty,

   Mine does not, but there is a pair of holes - above and
below the throttle plate - I think they were intended to
be connected via an idle bleed motor.  I planned to seal
them off with a blank plate, where the motor/solenoid
went.  It should be a trivial matter to drill through the
plate into the lower cavity to use that as a MAP port.

   I won't be doing that on mine; I want to sample the
intake pressure about mid-runner on each of the four
tubes.
