for the thoughts.
I have
two batteries. They're both a little low, but I'm getting 11+ volts during
cranking. Worth a thought, though. I'll get them charged up a bit more. Removing
the CAS isn't the same for a 3rd gen. There's no distributor to spin, but I
should be able to trigger the coils somehow.
Today
I checked the CAS and coil wiring back to the EC2. No problems there that I can
see. I cranked with the plugs out and, judging from the cloud of vapor ejected,
there does seem to be fuel coming from the injectors.
Note
that there are two indications that the EC2 isn't functioning
correctly:
1. The
EM2 cant communicate with it despite triple checked connections.
(NOP)
2. The
plugs aren't sparking.
