I missed seeing this in my cluttered in-basket.  I just used a sensitive
round bubble ballance and did it static.  Be advised that just  ballancing
the prop end to end is a waste of time.  It must be ballanced chord-wise as
wel, and this is where I have seen the biggest imballance.
