Seal Slots?
No personal experience, just an impression that
the 3mm seals being heavier may cause more wear on the housing walls than the
ligher 2mm. I know they are used, but I have also heard that some
milling of slots by some parties is less precise than needed. But, if
you are having good results - I certainly wouldn't tear down the engine to
replace them. {:>)

Seal Slots?
I have considered that, but not really
keen on using 3mm seals and the one rotor does have its slot mashed together
although I imagine that milling it to 3mm would remove the damage. I
think I am going to spring for NEW rotors even if the old RX-7 9.7:1
ones.
May I ask why? (says he with the indestructible 3mm
seals installed)
