Mark,

Don't know if this helps or not, but these are the standard EFI fuel
pressure I use in my installation.  The Saginaw fittings are a bit of a pain
to find at times.  The do require an "O" ring for sealing.  The good news is
the filters are inexpensive, around $5-$7 and I swap them out every annual
inspection.

Fuel Filters:    OEM Auto Fuel Injector Fuel Filters (Two in Parallel)
Type:    AC GF - 481 Pkg: 25056052 OEM:25055129 (or equivalent)
Fittings:   3/8 Saginaw to AN6 Adapter, "O" ring required

Attached is my firewall mockup of my fuel system.     My two (parallel)
fuel pumps draw from a small sump (via separate feed lines) and  each feed a
separate EFI fuel filter (wouldn't want on stopped up filter to shut off the
fuel flow).  In over 260 hours of engine runs have had no problem with pumps
or filters.  I cut the filters open and have yet to find any stuff in them.
I also use a coarse filter between the wing tanks and before the sump, now
that has caught a few flakes of sealant material and debrie from the tanks.

Hope this helps
