Right logic but inverted.  Higher calibration constant gives lower fuel flow reading. 
45.1 / 43.6 = 1.0344    1.0344 * 156 = 161.366   Round to  161.

I burned 43.6 gallons while the EM2 said I burned 45.1
The calibration setting on the EM2 was 156. The manual doesn't cover how
much change to make. Do I simply apply the percentage change and reset it to
151.

  i.e. 156 * (43.6 * 100)/45.1)/100) = 150.81
