If anyone has a 1990-91 NA 13B intake manifold around, I would greatly
appreciate if you would take three measurements off it for me. This is the
NA manifold with a valve that selects between the high rpm (short runner
length) and the low rpm (long Runner lenght) intake paths.
If someone would so kind as to measure the distance of both the primary and
secondary runners. Take the measure from the surface of the lower manifold
that bolts to the block throught that manifold, thought the upper manifold
through the control valve to the other manifold exit (this is the high
rpm/short runner). Do this for both primary and secondary. Then do the
same thing except run the string/tape measure from the manfiold face the
long route (by passing the valve) up into the face of the dynamic chamber
the throttle body bolts to for both primary and secondary. I'll then
multiply that distance by two to get the total lenght for the long route
(unless you want to weave the string through the second half).
Thanks Much
