    That is the oil port into the engine. You can't just return any way you can. From the cooler the oil must enter the engine & do it's lubricating/cooling job before it enters the oil pan. If you are using a remote filter then you must have made a plate with a bypass passage to cover the old filter mount. The oil port feeds directly to this point before doing any other work, so you could make a plate that would allow you to return your oil there. I considered this myself, but instead I used my cover plate to feed oil to my RD-1A & my turbocharger. I also added a port here to install an RTD. with careful planning and a little creativity you could fit your oil return  and PSRU feed on this plate.
