 True, without dyno testing who knows what it does. So talk to someone who does dyno development work on rotaries - Tracy's not the only source of info around. Take a look at Paul Yaw's website - used to be lots of info there on intake and exhaust tuning. And he does all his stuff using dyno and flowbench testing. No guesstimating.
