I got the master rebuild kit from Bruce.. and it had two different
o-rings.
The one that I used is NOT the one you have depicted in pic 3..
rather.. its a thinner ring but its diameter goes up to the outer diameter of
the milled recess in the front housing.

Thanks for
the confirmation. Tracy told me the same thing, so I just happened to be
missing the one I needed. I'm sure Tracy or Bruce would have sent one,
but it was easier to order what I needed from McMaster Carr, since
that stuff always arrived the day after I order it. I think I paid $6.95
for a box of 50 Viton o-rings, so if anyone needs one...
