He tightened the prop on the ramp, arranged for parts to be shipped to his destination, omitted much of the installation procedure (retorquing etc.) and took off again (with his two daughters on board). He lost the prop shortly afterwards, then did a forced landing into a tree. Not a happy story, but probably not IVO's fault either.
