I keep contacting him every 3 months and I'm getting the same story. I would like to have it for clearance issues on the firewall but it is not holding me up...yet. I think Dana Overall received his a few months ago. I took this as a positive sign that he was still making them. I do wish he would let us all know what the real story is and what the real delivery date will be. He (along with Bruce T and Tracy C) were the major reasons I decided to go with the rotary. I don't mind minor fabrication and installation jobs but did not want to engineer a mount myself. I hope he remains true to his word and delivers soon otherwise I will start regretting my rotary decision. I am trying to figure out how to move my project forward in the engine mount department so I can get into the fun stuff like exhaust and cooling. I ordered a mount from CCI in August last year subsequent to being quoted a 6 week lead time. In Novemeber, CCI stated they had one more to finish before starting on mine, now this week I am told it will be another 4 to 6 weeks. With respect to delivery, every communication from CCI has been grossly wrong so I can not belive the latest 4 to 6 week info is credible. Does anyone have any business experience with CCI in the last 6 months that is different than what I have decsribed? Has anyone on this list actually ordered and recieved a mount in the last 6 months? Should I wait another 6 weeks or look for another alternative? Any info is appreciated.
