Kevin,

 One thing to keep in mind with the belly scoop and radiant coolant plumbing. If you do this you should consider exiting your exhaust out the side of the cowl rather than out the bottom as is standard RV practice. Otherwise you risk ingesting hot exhaust into your radiator. I dont know how significant the impact may be but cooling is a big enough challenge without adding further complications.
