The Australian pump is made for continuous duty and has a controller
which
will vary the flow rate to maintain a set temperature. I wired a
potentiometer into this, mounted on my panel which will allow me to adjust
this in flight.

Todd,
Have you insured a minimum flow rate for the pump? I'm not familiar with
the Davies Craig controller, so I don't know what minimum rate it would
allow. I just want to make sure you realize that you can't have zero flow
in a rotary. I'm >90% sure you know that, but even <10% was worth mentioning
it.
Also, your pics are GREAT! I can't believe it's painted that well before
flying. Man, my RV-8 flew over a year before I got it painted, and the RV-3
may never get painted. I don't know if you have any RV experience, but I
promise you'll love the way it flies.
Cheers,
Rusty
