[No, I didn't think to get the fuel rail... I probably should do that. That
would certainly make more sense than trying to cobble something together on
my
own. I assume that the rail includes the mounting bracket that attaches to
the throttle body? Time to get back on the phone.

I assumed that it would come with everything to bolt right on, but I didn't
ask too many questions. All I really know is that it's $71.50 :-)
If I understood correctly, Dave mentioned something about having to relieve
the manifold a bit to get the stock fuel rail under it. Sure doesn't look
like that would be needed from your pics (which are great btw). You might
ask about that too while you have them on the phone.
BTW, when do you think you will be able to put the list back into automatic.
Thanks,

[I wish I had the rest of the engine components here, I could check that primary fuel rail height. I'll have to look this weekend. As for the pictures, camera is an Olympus D-460 Zoom, and they're probably showing up in Cracker Jack boxes by now... (not quite... cost me $360 a year and a half ago and they're selling on Ebay for 200 less now.) List on autopilot?? Still too much junk coming through... every post from here with my name in the "from" box and a "posted for..." statement required some kind of editing. Perhaps you've noticed that the quotebacks are shorter and there's only a single set of footers in each message. The beat goes on........
