I just noticed that the injector angle on the tb is such that the fuel stream travels in the intake air stream for about 6" before it blasts against the inner wall of the manifold... I've got to believe this is intended to help break up the fuel into the required mist before getting to the combustion chamber. Any thoughts on this? ---------------------------- You might ask Dave. I think this is the manifold he's using on his plane. BTW, did you buy the fuel rail to go with the TB? I got that, but didn't get the injectors, since I may have some that will work. Rusty [No, I didn't think to get the fuel rail... I probably should do that. That would certainly make more sense than trying to cobble something together on my own. I assume that the rail includes the mounting bracket that attaches to the throttle body? Time to get back on the phone. ]
