Joe,

Please read the following old messages.  Note that anO-360 weighs about 40 lbs more than an O-320.  I also have a post (that I can't find) from Tracy showing that his new Renesis installation weighs 285 lbs (trusting to memory here).  I think you can safely plan an identical weight to an O-320 and lighter than an O-360.

Here are the numbers on my engine, 13B w/Marcotte R-drive.
Redrive        36#           2 rad.            10
engine          170            oil cooler        6
pan               5               wires, hose     10
wtr pmp        7.5            cooler brkt
alt.                   7             aluminun plate  8
strtr.                 7            between eng &
weber&intk    8.4           pan             total  275.4

Wt on balance scale was 276# ready to mount on the engine mount, without
oil, coolant and exhaust manifold.      JohnD

here is a preliminary measurement of an old O-320 and my 13b components- redrive is Tracy's reduction gear unit computer is also Tracy's.
 
There is probably a miscellaneous 20 lbs of stuff that I haven't thought about yet on the 13B

I have a 6port and a tracy redrive with the 6 gears inside, the CG is
about where the sparkplugs are (rotor near the re-drive) that is
without intake manifold, without alternator and I don;t remeber if
that included the waterpump.

weight wise I have some numbers taken of my engine components

Lycoming O-320 B3B engine weight

 76 cylinders
 126 case, crank, oilscreen
 27 pistons, pins, intakes, etc.
 5.5 flywheel
 3 carb
 20 mags/plugs (guess)

 10 prop extension
engine sub wt. 267.5
 3 engine mount (long ez)

 4 oil cooler
 7.5 starter (lite)
 10 alternator
 3 exhaust (guess)
total 295

mazda 13b engine weight

218 engine, redrive (Tracy), crank-sensor
5 oilpan
6 original lower intake
10 engine computer (Tracy)
4 engine mount in engine (Aluminum Plate)
6 steel tubing for mount

sub total 249


5 oil cooler
5.5 water pump (racing - regular add 2.5 lbs)

13.5 exhaust
total 273
