Joe,
Please read the following old messages. Note that anO-360 weighs about 40 lbs more than an O-320. I also have a post (that I can't find) from Tracy showing that his new Renesis installation weighs 285 lbs (trusting to memory here). I think you can safely plan an identical weight to an O-320 and lighter than an O-360.

Here are the numbers on my engine, 13B w/Marcotte R-drive. Redrive 36# 2 rad. 10 engine 170 oil cooler 6 pan 5 wires, hose 10 wtr pmp 7.5 cooler brkt alt. 7 aluminun plate 8 strtr. 7 between eng & weber&intk 8.4 pan total 275.4
Wt on balance scale was 276# ready to mount on the engine mount, without oil, coolant and exhaust manifold. JohnD

here is a preliminary measurement of an old O-320 and my 13b components- redrive is Tracy's reduction gear unit computer is also Tracy's.
There is probably a miscellaneous 20 lbs of stuff that I haven't thought about yet on the 13B
