Think Siamese twins.. identical twins who are conjoined at some point.

Siamese is descriptive of two engines side by side feeding into a common structure or transmission... Its not a technically correct term in this instance with regards to the twin cozy.. In my mind, a better description of a Siamese concept would be the Soloy Twin Turbine turboprop package... once detailed in Sports Aviation a few years back.
