I just saw the update on the news, and it does look very good. They said that 2 people in the Florida panhandle had already been killed by tornados spawned by the hurricane. Keep your head down. Thanks Steve. It's getting pretty interesting now. Gusts easily in the hurricane force area. The screen room is almost giving up, and it's not close to the worst yet. Storm has now taken an Easterly jog, and it looks like we will get about the north east eye wall. Not really where you want to be. Waves on the coast are supposed to be 30-40 feet high! Damn. Power flickering, so I'll be signing off soon. Just found out that the laptop modem is bad, so don't know if I'll be in touch after tonight. Probably find a way.
