Kevin,
I have not seen a 20B fuel rail. However, on the 13B fuel rail there is a
"Pulse Dampener" on one end of the secondary fuel rail. That can (and
should) be removed for aviation use. A friend who owns a business repairing
13Bs (20 years experience) tells me that the diaphragm will eventually
fatigue and crack leading to a fuel leak. He knows of several engine fires
caused by this an recommends they not be used. I personally do not use one
and have had no problems. On the other end of the fuel rail (of the 13b) is
a fuel pressure regulator. Some people use that one and some use an after
market pressure regulator, both appear to work fine.

the fuel rails on my 20B aren't very compatable with designing a low
profile
intake manifold. I would like to saw the ends off. They appear to have
small diaphrams on them, perhaps for fuel pump pulses? Are these
necessary
for aviation use?
