I would like to keep it all AN fittings since it will be in the cockpit. You wouldn't happen to have part numbers or make and model of the filters. I could try to go into an autoparts store but they aren't always friendly with R&D requests. :) Ron -----Original Message----- From: Rotary motors in aircraft [mailto:flyrotary@lancaironline.net]On Behalf Of Ed Anderson Sent: Sunday, July 25, 2004 8:39 PM To: Rotary motors in aircraft Subject: [FlyRotary] Re: EFI Filter Question Ron I used a coarse fuel filter between the tanks and the pumps (its one of the small removable screen- they type only meant to keep out big things) and I use two GM EFI fuel filters (one for each EFI pump) that you can get in any auto parts store. I use the ones that have the Saginaw?screw fittings - you can get them with just tubes for clamp-on hose fittings. I change them out each annual and they have worked fine for me. (cheap too) I use pumps very similar to the ones that Tracy uses, if Tracy sells them I would not hesitate to buy them from him. When my pumps wear out I will go with his.
