True. However there are at least 3 flying in unpressurized airplanes and one
in a 757, guess whose. There have been no reported problems with these so
far, but for those who have concerns amend the check list to read "above 10k
feet... oxygen on, Rio car off.". For those who really want to have the
convenience of an MP3 player above 10k feet buy a Rio 800 with 128MB on
board and 384MB back pack less than $1000s for 1/2GB (about 6 hours).
