    A friend pointed me to the Urban Legends site
http://www.snopes2.com/horrors/parental/kidnap.htm regarding the Sam's Club
kidnapping story. It was posted on LML as an authentic first hand account
(repeated, so now second hand). From the web site, it is clear that the
posting was fraudulent. While we must all be careful of our kids and
grandkids, it is wrong for us to post such stories if they are not true.

    Look for yourself.
