Took quite some time and I would like to thank both Larry Graves of Aircrafters in Watsonville and Gary Bond of Boeing for their insights and advice, without which I would be still wondering what to do. I have saved digital photos of the process and would be happy to share them if some other unfortunate soul has need of them.
