Being a calif. resident, and a long time lancair flyer, I advance my

did not talk to any agencies 8 years ago, have been flying for 6 years.
A few years after I 1st flew, the County sent me an inquiry as to the
value. I said $30,000 and have been taxed $300 per year for property tax
ever since. I have never heard from the State about sales tax, and I
should have told the County it was worth 5,000. Sincerely, The
