Lancair sells a hydraulic filter in their catalog for the IV but they
specifically say not to use it on the 2 seater. Anybody know why that is?
Seems to me a filter of some sort would be a good thing to have. Also, I'd
appreciate hearing about the advantages/disadvantages of using teflon tape
or plumbers putty at each of the connections. Thanks
