This is only a partial answer. There is a company in Lincoln Nebraska that
makes wound graphite tubes. They are a spinoff of Brunswick Composites run
by a guy named Brian Spencer. They used to be called Addax but are now
Spiral something-or-other. They have standard sizes in about that size, as I
recall. Maybe the company is Lincoln Composites. If you have a Thomas
Register (or a Lincoln Nebraska yellow pages) that might help.
